Touchline is currently an authenticated, single-operator product. Platform health, data freshness, journey success, request failures, model dependencies, worker progress, database capacity, and telemetry continuity are monitored continuously.

Operating targets

• Authenticated primary journey: pass every scheduled run.
• Health and readiness: fail closed when PostgreSQL or required schema is unavailable.
• Action eligibility: zero unsupported trading links or positive stakes.
• Recovery: immutable image rollback and 35-day point-in-time database recovery.

Service incidents disable action surfaces before they relax a data or evidence gate.
