Privacy
Private by default.
Touchline currently admits one authorized operator through Microsoft Entra. It processes soccer-market data, conversation state, risk preferences, read-only exchange-account snapshots, feedback, and operational telemetry only to provide and secure the product.
Controls
- Account and mutable product state are scoped to the authenticated principal.
- Application workloads use separate identities and database credentials.
- Evaluation artifacts omit connected-account responses and credentials.
- Financial data is not sold and product clicks do not become model evidence.
- Operational telemetry is sampled, access-controlled, and subject to bounded retention.
Data on this device
Saved conversation transcripts, feed cursors, and any account snapshot rendered inside a saved conversation remain in this browser until you clear them, the browser evicts them, or private browsing ends. They are partitioned by an opaque account identifier and are not shared through a conversation link. Risk preferences are saved by the service for consistent behavior across replicas and may also be cached in this browser.
Your Matchday Card
Saved bet choices, kept selections, exclusions, time windows, and optional cash caps are stored by the service under your authenticated account, not just this browser. The service retains your 20 most recently changed cards and the last 200 card-change retry receipts. Prices and recommendations are rebuilt when you open a card. Use Export saved cards or Delete all saved cards in My card to access or erase these choices and retry receipts. This does not erase finalized prediction receipts or trade research required for the public record.
For an access or deletion request, contact Touchline privacy support. Legal retention, security evidence, and finalized research receipts may require limited preservation.
